Summer intensive programs in Germany for ballet? What are some good summer intensive programs in Germany? I love Germany, my family is from Germany (mother, grandfather) and I am very proud of my heritage. I have always wanted to go to the land my family once lived on. I am even moreso passionate about ballet, and want to do a summer intensive abroad in Germany for ballet. I want to go to a really good school that teaches classical Vaganova or French school technique.

Should each Canadian get 1 free ride on passenger rail? Funded by the Govt of Canada. I think perhaps each Canadian citizen at birth could be granted a free 1-time use railpass good for any itinerary to be exercised any time during that person's life. Considering a chapter in Canada's history and heritage was linked to the building of the railroad. (CN and CPR), this is not a bad idea for education/cultural awareness of Canada's history and the size of its land. Because traveling by rail can often be pricy, I think many Canadians miss out on the scenic experience of traveling Canada by train. The tax to fund this small program I think would be very small. And if anyone did not exercise use of their free rail pass, the Government of Canada would have savings because they would have over-collected for what they paid out. It's better than this even. Most often, an individual would want to travel with family or friends on the rail, many who may have used their free ride. This will result in more money for Canada's passenger rail system. Of course also any non-rail travel costs would be a money-maker for inter-province tourism in the country.
