- Ohhh oHHH Ohhh I did this for Xmas this year! I picked outthe 12 best photos and submetted them to Shutterfly.com and they will make them into a calander for you! They truly are cool and everyone will love it! Its $20 for the first one then $10 there after! But after I did the 12 I had about 20 more I wanted to use so I put them in Photoshop and mad a really great collage for the cover! Its a great idea! Good Luck!
- My mum gave all her kids boxes (photo safe ) that she had decorated and put the photo's in the box in year order, sort of like a photo filing system. Was really nice gift
- You could transfer them to fabric and do a photo quilt. My favorite way to do this is by scanning into the computer and using Bubble Jet Set to print directly onto the fabric. You can add bits of lace, buttons, and fabric scraps to make the pictures pop. If a quilt is too big for your ambitions, you could always make something smaller, like a tote bag, pillow, or vest.
- I first laminated pictures with acid free laminating sheets. Then I bought clear contact paper. I laid out the pictures in pleasing patterns on the sticky side of contact paper cut in the size and shape of placemats, and then covered with a second layer, stick side down, with the photos inside like a sandwich. I also made several larger pieces to be used as coffee table covers. You can make smaller ones to be used as coasters. I and my family now have photos all over the house. I even contact papered photos all over my hallway walls. I make tissue box covers with photo frames similar to this sample, only with photo frame in the spaces: http://www.anniesattic.com/plastic_canvas/detail.html?prod_id=18579
