I need a quote for a scrapbook page about inheriting musical talent.?

The scrapbook page will have a picture of my neice playing a musical instrument that belonged to her great great great grandpa. Then I also have a picture of the great great great grandpa playing the same musical instrument. Any ideas? Both of the pictures are printed in sepia and I have antiquey looking paper and font, but I need something really clever to say about how the two pictures are connected even though taken over 80 years apart.
