I'm trying to locate anyone living in the Arbroath/Forfar region of Scotland with the surname Dear for f/tree.

I have ancestors that trace back to the Forfar/Arbroath region of Scotland and i would like to find anyone with the surname Dear from that area to help me develop my family tree.
