Can large family heirlooms become more trouble than they're worth?
Example; Roll top desk, piano. These things are a real pain to move. Do we HAVE to hang on to them forever even after they are well worn out?

- everything has its season. What once gave joy and good times, can age and pass away just as we do. to keep something hanging around when it is worn out and sad, well, let it go.
- My stepdad's always threatening to get rid of our baby-grand, but my sister and I won't let him. It's always been around since we were just babies...but it will be a pain when it gets handed down to me. I guess I'll just have to buy a friggin' house to put it in.
- Yep, small things too. Some things you just cannot get rid of. But if something is in your way and you don't ever want to have to move the object again, there is nothing wrong with putting an ad in the paper and lightening your load. Someone who would love it would buy it.
