Here are my favorite sites: www.twopeasinabucket.com www.acherryontop.com www.splitcoaststampers.com Click on the gallery on any of these sites. You can also search google for a specific themed layout if you want a specific one. For example, if you wanted to see some christmas scrapbook pages, you would google "christmas scrapbook page" and then click on the underlined word "images." You'll see a lot that way. Same with "scrapbook layouts."
www.paperwishes.com - have a weekly video showing how they made the pages. Even though they are featuring products they sell, they explain techniques used. So you can use their ideas, and if you see a product you like, you can look for it at your favourite scrapbooking or craft store. Or if you prefer you can order direct from them.
My personal favorite is www.twopeasinabucket.com I love to look at the gallery, I get lots of layout ideas and the best part is that if you sign up for an account you can save all the layouts you like.
If you are interested in digital scrapbooking I would recommend www.smilebox.com They have all sorts of options on pages to email (slideshow, music) and have designs where you can upload your photos, personalize with your text, and print out onto photographic paper. You can also see their layouts and get ideas. I pay a small monthly fee, but they do have a basic membership that is free of charge.
