Where can I find genealogy centres in Singapore? ?

I came across genealogy, while I was looking for something regarding my family tree. I have also watched the local news quite some time ago (1-2 years) that there are tests to find out what other races (besides Asian, European etc) our DNA might contain. Wonder if there are any such centres in Singapore that conduct such tests? Are the charges expensive?

The LDS Church has a Family History Center at: Singapore Family History SO 253 Bukit Timah Road Singapore, Singapore, Singapore Phone: 65-6735-5323 You don't need to be a member of their church to use their facilities. They mostly have access to vital records and family histories. They may or may not know about DNA tests.
