7. People can only speculate really, so, bearing this in mind your heritage would be Caucasian. If you wanted to know what nationality you look (stereotypically), it would range from German/Dutch/Swedish/Norweigan, as Northern-European people are known for blonde hair and blue eyes. :) All in all, your heritage could be anything, but Caucasian is the most obvious and simple answer.
