Anyone know of a free download to do creative photo projects?

I want to create stuff like collages, scrapbooks or anything similar for my digital photos.

3. GIMP is a pretty good free program ...make sure you download the instruction book too because it is a little hard to use until you get the hang of it B.
4. I know this is trial I am posting but take a look at Proshow. It is only $30 dollars but the trial has all the features unlocked. You can create some cool stuff with this. If you need any help I have used this for a while. http://www.photodex.com/products/proshow/
