I'm making an anniversary scrapbook for my boyfriend. Anyone have any romantic-page ideas?
I already have a page for our songs, movies, reasons I love him, a page with how we met. I need a couple more ideas! Thanks! =]

- Maybe a then and now page? Pictures of you guys then and now...? Or a future page? Where you see each other in the future? (but not crazy, just cute). Gosh, I don't know. I'll keep thinking
- Any big events like sports games or anything you've been to together and have pictures? I made my boyfriend one, and his christmas gift was tickets to a celtics game so i made a page out of it. I had a "summer fun" page, with fourth of july, parties, pool pictures. Hope I helped at least a little. And I'm sure he'll love it, my boyfriend did! And after you're done you'll want to keep it yourself! haha
- oh! i made one! it turned out really cute (: here's some ideas/tips/etc! you can email me or something if something on here doesn't make sense or if you need any advide on something, i'd be glad to help out! xxlaurenx33@yahoo.com 1. take a white sheet of scrapbook paper, and write out your account of your frist kiss (describe the setting, smells, feelings, etc., and it looks better in cursive if you can) on the entire thing (except leave a small strip blank at the top) and then glue a sheet of vellum paper to the part left blank and then glue a picture of you kissing, if you have one, in the very center of the vellum. it's simplistic and cute. 2. on the movie pages, unclude ticket stubs if you saved any. 3. if he's ever given you flowers, and you saved a couple petals, glue them on a page. if you didn't save any, just go to a florist and pluck off a couple, they won't notice. 4. do you guys have any inside jokes? like one time when my boyfriend and i were standing outside in the cold, he asked if he could borrow my pockets to keep his hands warm, and so i used "can i borrow your pockets?" as the title and included a picture of that night on it. 5. invest in a scrapbooking kit kind of thing.. i found one at Michaels i believe, and it had a bunch of backgrounds and stickers and such in it (not tacky ones, cute ones.. it was a wedding-themed one, but i just disregarded that and used most of it anyway, it wasn't too wedding-y) the one i found was almost like a book of stuff you could rip out.. it was INCREDIBLY handy. 6. i know you already started, but i found that the smallerish books are easier to make than the huge ones. my big ones make everything i put in there look dinky ): 7. if you've been to any concerts, sporting events, etc. use the tickets/pics from them. include the band names/scores. 8. look though your pictures and base pages off of the ones that you have. 9. i had a couple pictures of him acting goofy from like 8th grade, and i used those and put something to the effect of "and this is why it was so easy to fall in love with you" kind of a "then and now" sorta deal. 10. do you guys have any traditions you follow? one of my friends watches the jungle book with her boy every valentines day lol. 11. try your luck at poetry.. i would submit it on a blog somewhere to have someone read it and see if it's really dumb and how to fix it, cause i'm really bad at poetry. 12. copy any cards he's given you for your birthday/xmas/etc. if you've got 'em and include pictures from that special occasion. 13. you could include coupons for hugs, kisses, trip to the movies (your treat) etc. in the back (: 14. you could write his name and give a word that describes him for each letter.. i forgot what it's called.. like for me, l-loving, a-awesome, u-understanding, r-..you get the idea. 15. i know you already did itttttt but i just had an idea. you could yse the reasons you love him as page numbers and include a reason on on each page that relates to the page's theme. 16. vellum paper is awesome. seriously. AND you can print on it and glue it over stuff. like if you have some crazy background and it's too obnoxious to write on (or a picture), you can glue vellum paper over it and viola! this is an example (it's an invitation, but you can apply the same concepts): http://www.custompaper.com/Images/invitations/invitation4.5x6.1.JPG they used a flowered background with vellum paper over it and hole punched the top and put a ribbon through it. it's a good idea! 17. get sticker letters, and use them often. they make your book look SO much better, honestly. 18. start your book out with a picture of a sunrise, and a cute quote about relationships printed on that neat vellum paper and glued on top of the pic (or tied with ribbon at the top). end your book with a picture of a sunset and another quote on vellum paper, or just a simple "i love you, ____. happy anniversary!" 19. do you guys have nicknames for eachother? if so, you could make a page about that. 20. what was your favorite thing he's ever said to you? you could make a page out of that.
- Anything including events you've done together. Could be as simple as trip to the store if you have the right pictures. Anything that brings back memories. Especially fun ones. You don't necessarily have to fill the book either. Leave room for the future. =)
- You can really do anything for a scrapbook. Put in lots of pictures of you and him and even friends. Of special places and events you've been to together. Put in tickets, receipts, napkins, brochures anything that will be memorable to you both. The skys the limit if you imagine it and it means something to you or him then put it in there. You really can't go wrong. Happy Scrapbooking.
