Does she look of French heritage?

2. There really is no 'French' look, except to say that most French people of of Caucasian descent. The woman in this photo looks as if she could come from one of the French Territories, and while she might not be Caucasian, she would still be a French citizen.
3. No. I would say gipsy form Romania.
4. She doesn't look from mainland French descent as we are Caucasian, but if she has a French ancestor she could be, and if she was born in France she is French.
