Does anyone have a link to download memory mixer or serif digital scrapbook artist for free?

not looking for a torrent site where you have to pay to be a member to download. Yes i am being a tightass but i'm not working at the moment to buy the program. Or can anyone suggest any free downloadable scrapbooking programs????
