How to buy heirlooms on world of warcraft?

I have like 40 Emblem of Triumph, and I know I need to trade them in for another type of emblem. The thing is I don't know which ones I need to trade them in for.

2. Pretty sure the ones you need are Emblems of Heroism. Why not check the vendor first so you know how many you need? Pretty sure you need like 60 for a piece.
3. go to Dalaran and then ... well I'm not sure whether your horde or Alli, but go to your sector then you will be able to exchange them for other emblems - check the heirlooms first and see then exchage them, simple :P kinda
4. Okay, what you need are 40 emblems of Heroism, to get this, trade your triumph in for Conquest (at the triumph turn ins person, last page) then the conquest in for valor and then into heroism. Then you trade 40 heroism for the shiny BoA. :)

6. Actually, there's a much easier way to do a currency switch without going to all the other faction people. In the dalaran sewers, go to the tavern, and there will be a currency trader there. That Currency trader will have all 3 or 4 currency trades, Triumph->Conquest-->Valor-->Heroism. Haven't played patch 3.3 so i don't know if there is a trade going Frost --> Triumph. but all of them should be on her. After you do all those, you can go buy the heirlooms. They do cost 40 heroism each. Easier way is to just use stone keeper shards to get them. They are sold for 200 SKS per chest or shoulder. Don't buy weapons, they don't offer an experience advantage, but the shoulders and chest do. Final piece of advice.. don't use the triumph emblems... you could easily buy some tier 9 things or crusader orbs and make a fair amount of money or gear. You're better off saving those.

Well if ur a dps I suggest u go to Argent Tournament grounds and buy some Koltira gear (its beginner but that's pretty much all u can buy with those type of emblem or u can get the tank gear for about the same amount.) Anyways if ur not a beginner anymore well then i suggest u go to Dalaran and go to either the Horde or Alliance base and find the sellers that sell u gear, trinkets, necklaces ect. and you can look for sellers that can trade you emblems such as... Frost Emblem ----> Embelm of Triumph Hope this helped :)
8. The process at the moment is rather long and tedious trade down process for your triumph badges. Whether you are horde or alliance you can go to the triumph vendor in Dalran and trade down to Conquest badges, from the conquest vendor, trade down to valor badges. From the valor vendor trade to heroism, and then you should be able to purchase the heirloom you are looking for.
