It seems very ironic to me that Obama suddenly boards a plane to Hawaii to visit his grandmother who is "supposedly" on her deathbed at the very same time other matters are taking place in Hawaii. Sen Obama was given 30 days from the September 15th filing to respond to Berg -- such response would have ended the entire matter. Yes. Spare us the conspiracy theories. Do you know the unlikelihood of a court allowing one citizen to violate the privacy of another just because the original one is CURIOUS? Do you realize that McCain would be all over it if Obama were ineligible to run?

The only thing I find more strange then your question is the people who answer..why are they so afraid of something if it is false? This crap has been dealt with, and the Supreme Court case has been dismissed. Yes, he REALLY is visiting his granmother--how DARE you intrude on a family issue like that? There are MANY people who know the family here, and how they have to be barricaded against all the death threats that he and his family get every single day. Any idiot can file any type of case, unfortunately. I wouldn't give these idiots the time of day either, as Obama has been vetted by the US Judiciary and that is good enough for me and should be good enough for anyone else.

Yes! I received info that included a link to an article that was going to come out today. It read: "Obama defaults on Federal Lawsuit Jeopardizes Presidential Run - Now ineligible for Candidacy". The link was messed up. It was slow & it wouldn't close. I just found out a little while ago that an Obamabot put a virus on the page so that no one can access it! They will continue to do so on any site that tries to post it. The goal is to keep it from the public until after the election. WTF is going on?!!!

Honestly, and apparently none of you have dealt with senior citizens. Their health can deteriorate at any moment especially a fall that breaks a hip. Many of people have died after a broken hip. I have seen it myself. John McCain was born in Panama Canal, so he is not a true naturalized American citizen. The only reason he is able to run is because congress backdated it for him to be eligible to run for anything.
