How do I convert a family tree automatically saved in ZED file to a GEDCOM file?

I have been using my heritage family tree builder to put together my family tree and I am wanting to upload this tree to a genealogy website. The my heritage programme saves all family trees into a ZED file format but I need to convert that into a GED COM format so that I can upload it. Any ideas anyone? Thank you
