How do I convert my family tree from a ZED file to a GED COM file?

I have been using my heritage family tree builder to put together my family tree and I am wanting to upload this tree to a genealogy website. The my heritage programme saves all family trees into a ZED file format but I need to convert that into a GED COM format so that I can upload it. Any ideas anyone? Thank you

1. Try File > Export > GEDCOM or File > GEDCOM > Export Any genealogy program worthy of the name will export a GEDCOM file. All of the ones I have seen call it "Export" instead of "Write", for some reason. If neither of those work, use the help and search for "GEDCOM". ZED is probably a proprietary backup file format.
