- Go to your parents attourney. Whoever handles your parents inheritance and insurances would be able to tell you. If all else fails your local Police Department or City Hall could at least point you in the right direction.
- It's the job of the executor of the will to contact you. If you are not in the will, you will not be contacted. The executor is usually an unbiased third party, such as a lawyer. Without hiring a lawyer, it's difficult to tell you what to do. Try to find out who the executor is, and talk to them about the will. It shouldn't really matter if your siblings are greedy...the executor has power over the estate until the will is carried out.
- have a lemonade stand take your sisters money ask mom or dad hope it works
- I would think that you are entitled to a copy of the will ? How old are you ? Do you have any Guardian involved ? Are you sure Guardian is not keeping you in dark / cutting you out ? Send each sister a certified letter return receipt requested and ask them to provide you with a written copy of the will pursuant to your mother and fathers verbal instructions. Keep all copies. If you are a minor , find an attorney / advocate for childrens rights. Ask a teacher, nurse, doctor, nun, preist, reverend , or other trusted adult.
