How much should I charge to create a custom made scrapbook for someone?

I've been asked to make a scrapbook for someone as an anniversary gift. I'm wondering whether to charge per page, per picture, etc.

1. I'd charge for supplies & then either hourly or per page depending on how fast you are. Or even a certain amount for a set number of pictures. like 25 pictures & under - $50. and so on.
2. Charge for all materials first and foremost, add in your sales taxes if applicable and your gas mileage to collect the supplies. Depending on how tasking it is, I'd charge an extra 50 cents per page for a medium work load, if it's intricate I might go for 75 cents per page.

Well keep all of your reciepts. and then as much as this might be a pain to make it easier to figure out how much to charge without over charging a person but yet to where you are making somewhat a profit. If a certain product has more then one at a certain price take the price divided by how much is in that item. I make candles. so far a jar candle I decide how much each mason jar would cost individually as well as per pound of wax, candle scent, etc and then to make it reasonable I then add a few bucks to what it would cost so I got my money back on what I spent making that one candle and a few extra bucks for myself.
4. I charged $20 an hour plus cost of supplies. But I purchased most materials at wholesales prices and passed most of the savings to my clients.
5. This question came at a great time....I had two people see my work today (I did a display board (scrapbook style) for my son's Boy Scout Pack..and they LOVED it!) anyway...I have tons of supplies, and have no idea what I have paid for all of it, (had to destroy receipts...lol) so what would I charge per page ...and I supply the materials? Any help would be appreciated!
6. I currently charge $15 per hour plus the cost of supplies. Some people require you to be very detailed so that's why I go with a per hour price. If it were per page I don't think you could make it worth your time.
7. Generally when I create a custom album for someone, I charge 10.00 per 12x12 page plus the cost of supplies. I own an onlne scrapbook store so I get these items at cost but I charge the normal retail rate. For 8x8 pages I charge 7.00 per page. Hope this helps, Anna
8. i think you should look around on ebay and see what they go for. i think 10.00 per 12x12 is TOO HIGH. it really depends on how embellished the pages are, and i would see if they want the pages highly or lightly embellished.then i would go from there. hope this helps.
9. Charge for cost of supplies and then $3.00 per page. If they want sewing or other more work involved pages add an extra 50 cents.
