is there a free family tree program available?

I'm looking for a free family tree flowcharter and would be grateful if anyone could advise me

4. Yes, they call it the PAF (Personal Ancestors Files) and can be downloaded free on the Internet at http://www.familysearch.org/

I use GenoPro, here, if you're interested: http://www.genopro.com/ That version is shareware, it's free to use, but you do get nagged to buy the full version (in the form of a nag screen at startup). There is also a completely free version (without nag screens), but lacking in some of the more advanced features, available here: http://www.genopro.com/free/

7. Ancestry.com or just search family tree... there's about 100 different sites out there but be care full with detailed info about you and yours you volunteer or schemer's will use it to get you... also be ready for an onslaught of spam and DEALS...
