Does anyone know where I can find a free Family Tree Maker?

I'm looking for something to use with my fictional family trees (I'm a writer). Some of them have gotten a bit... muddled, and I don't want to have anyone marrying people they shouldn't. I have tried to do them free hand or in photoshop, but it just gets tedious. I'd love a free program (either for windows or linux) that I could use. Thanks!!
